The function is designed to convert older file formatted campaigns into the latest Autoline Campaign data file structure.
To select a campaign for conversion:
Having selected the Database Conversion - Campaigns from the New service campaigns module a list of available campaigns is displayed on the Database Conversion Tool form.
Click the campaign that you want to convert.
Selecting the OK button commences the conversion of the selected campaign.

Grid:
ID: Indicates the manufacturer identification number of the Campaign.
Campaign: Indicates the internal campaign number.
Created: Indicates the date the Campaign was created.
Description: Indicates the description of the Campaign.
From: Indicates the start date of the Campaign.
Until: Indicates the end date of the Campaign.
Select: If ticked indicates that the campaign is to be included for conversion.
Vehicles: Indicates the number of vehicles associated with the Campaign.
Buttons:
OK: Activate the search for claims based upon the search selection criteria.
Cancel: Exit the Search for Claims option and return back to the Campaign Settings function.
