Vehicles are usually assigned using the Import manufacturers campaign function, the interface contains a list of vehicles that have been identified by the manufacturer as requiring campaign action.
The campaign system validates the manufacturer interfaces vehicles against the CRM database and the Campaign tab's Chassis range criteria.
Vehicles located in CRM are deemed as being valid and will appear within the Vehicles waiting service tab, all other vehicles will appear in the Vehicles not found tab.

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Menu - Service campaigns > New service campaigns module > Vehicles Waiting For Service tab > the Select entry field of the vehicle(s) in the grid > Move toolbar button.
Field:
Reason: Selection facility to define the reason for moving the vehicle from the Vehicles Waiting For Service list.

Buttons:
Select: Accepts the entered reason selection and moves the vehicle(s) to the Vehicles Not Serviced list.
Cancel: Cancels the vehicle movement reason and returns back to the Vehicles Waiting For Service tab.
Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.
To add a vehicle to the campaign:
Access the required campaign.
Click the Vehicles Waiting For Service tab.
Clicking the Add button activates the CRM system.
Search the CRM system for the required vehicle.
Having located the required vehicle from within CRM, selecting the Exit button verifies that the selected vehicle is within the Campaign tabs Chassis and Engine ranges.
If the selected CRM vehicle is within the Campaign tabs Chassis and Engine range, it is added to the Vehicles Waiting For Service list of available vehicles.
To move a vehicle within the campaign:
Access the required campaign.
Click the Vehicles Waiting For Service tab or or the Vehicles Not Found tab.
Click the Select entry field of the vehicle(s) you want to move from the Vehicles Waiting For Service list or or the Vehicles Not Found list.
Clicking the Move option, displays the Move Selected Vehicles form.
To remove a vehicle from a campaign:
Access the required campaign.
Click the Vehicles Waiting For Service tab or or the Vehicles Not Found tab.
Click the Select entry field of the vehicle you want to delete from the campaign.
Clicking the Remove option, removes the selected vehicle from the campaigns list of vehicles.
