The General tabpage gives the general information about the campaign. All the fields are explained below:.
Campaign information:
Owner: The owner or the preformer of the campaign.
On behalf of: The department on which behalf the campaign is created.
Contact type: The contactcode of contact that is created on the target connected to the vehicle.
Vehicle selection:
The vehicle selection area gives the possibility to select vehicles for your campaign on different criteria. These criteria are All vehicles supplied by MB, On chassis range or On motor range.
Note: This section is only available when the campaign is a dealer campaign.
Statistics:
Selected: How many vehicles have been selected and on what date the selection was made.
Printed: How many selectedvehicles have been printed and the date of the print.
Vehicle - Target selection:
Gives the user the possibility to decide what link should primary be used to create the contact and send the letter.
Action:
Select: When you press the Select button, the vehicles from the Marketing module that match the campaign are selected.
Print: Selecting the Print button will print the selected vehicles.
Contact: Will create the contacts for the selected targets.
Analysis: Analyse the selected targets using the Standard Autoline Analysis..
Delete: Will delete all the campaign information.
Printing:
Decide if double letters and double contacts should be suppressed and if contact should be created during printing.
