This program is written to process the service campaigns from Mercedes-Benz. The dealer will receive the service campaigns from Mercedes-Benz electronically.
In short the different phases of the campaign program are described:
First the campaign will be loaded into Autoline, then the vehicle's for which the campaign apply, are selected from the marketing module. Then the drivers of the vehicles can be contacted via a letter. While printing the letters, contacts are created for the selected vehicles. When vehicles on which the campaign applies are selected in Point of Sale, a warning is given. In Point of Sale it is easy to see what menu's have to be executed for the campaigns, because they are easy to select. The last part of a service campaign is sending data back to Mercedes-Benz.
