Service Campaigns

This program is written to process the service campaigns from Mercedes-Benz. The dealer will receive the service campaigns from Mercedes-Benz electronically.

To enter the Service Campaigns program, you must:

• Select from the Main menu, the Manufacturer Systems menu, with company MB.

• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main menu, the Service menu.

• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Service menu, the Service Campaigns option.

  Now the Service Campaigns menu is opened.

Load a Service Campaign

• To load a manufacturer campaign, select the Loading of Service Campaigns option.

  The Loading of Service Campaigns screen is opened. The screen shows all the loaded campaigns and gives the user the possibility to load service campaigns supplied by the manufacturer.

• Enter the name and location of the campaign in the Input file screen. For example C:\Rev7work\Vd925a99.txt.

• Press the Load button.

  When the file is found and it's format is right, the campaign is loaded into Autoline.
