When all vehicle's have been processed, you have to send the campaign information back to the manufacturer.
To send the service campaign information to Daimler AG, you must:

The screen is divided in three tabpages, these are:
Service Campaign Status
Serviced vehicles
Not serviced vehicles
After you have set the statussen of the vehicles right you must send the information to Daimler AG.
To send the Service Campaign information to Daimler AG, you have to double click the campaign line on the Service Campaign Status tabpage.
Now the screen above is opened. To send the campaign, press the OK button. Now the not-serviced vehicles are send to Daimler AG. The serviced vehicles are send via warranty. For these serviced vehicles a damagecode is created. The third number of this damagecode is a 9.
When you exit this program and select from the Mercedes-Benz Main menu the Utilities menu option. Select from the utilities menu the Communication option. The first tabpage is the Request tabpage. Select the request with the KDM type and select the View button.
