Point of Sale

After the contacts are created and the letters have been send, the owners of the vehicles should react and make an appointment to solve the problem when the campaign was on behalf of the service department.

When you create a WIP for one of the cars in the campaign, the created contact is shown in the Casefile. After you have selected the Continue button on the Casefile screen, the Mercedes Benz Overall view screen is shown.

Mark campaign as processed for a vehicle.

On the Mercedes-Benz Overall View form, the campaign with an overview screen of the campaign is shown.

When you double click a campaign line, the Campaign information screen is opened.

Within this screen it is possible to report that the campaign is executed or give the reason if not.

When you want to report that the campaign is executed, select the Yes radiobutton, if you want to report that the campaign is not executed, select the No radiobutton. If you report the campaign not excuted for the vehicle, you have to select the vehicle state and give a notification.

Press the OK button to save the campaign information and continue with the WIP.

All the selected vehicles should be processed like explained above.
