After you have loaded the campaign you can select the vehicles that match the campaign.
To select vehicles that match the campaign, you must:
The targets that match the campaign are selected, the results are shown in the Statistics area.
The selected vehicles are shown in detail on the Vehicles tabpage, from this tabpage it is possible to double click the magic number of the vehicle and the target to link to Marketing. By ticking the Print field of the vehicle line, it is possible to (de-)select the vehicle for printing.
As shown before, the Vehicle not selected tabpage, shows the vehicles that have been delivered by the manufacturer but that are not present in the Marketing module. Almost no vehicle should be displayed on this tabpage after you have pressed the Select button, since the service campaign delivers only vehicles that are sold by the dealer who receives the campaign.
Now you can create a letter which can be send to contact the persons linked to the selected vehicle.
To merge the fields on the left of the screen, put the cursor where you want to add the field and double click the filed you want to add.
When you have created you letter, you can print the letters and create the contacts when wanted.
