As set in the parameters, the Warranty interface can be used for dealers who have to send their claims to a VEGA system or a SEAG system. There are some slight differences in the fields used between both systems.
Exchange tab
Exchange units have to be specified in the SEAG system on the Exchange unit tab. Not available in the VEGA system.
Claim text tab
In case of the SEAG system only three texts lines can be entered.
