Export Time system records

To export the Time system records, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Country Specifis menu opion, together with company Germany.
• Select from the Country Specific - German Specifics menu the Interface to Time system option.
• The Interface to Time system screen is opened.
• Tick the Point of Sale companies for which you want to export the Time system records.
• Select the OK button to export the Time system records.
• After the export a mail is sent which informs the user that the exportfile has been created.
• A Communication request is created which can send the exported PBS values to the manufacturer.

  Note: The communication type for the Time system should have the transfer immediatly field ticked!

Note: Above is the manually sending of the Time system records described. It is much easier to set up the program in th End of Day routine.
