Workshop Analyse File Export:
Workshop departments: Enter the Workshop departments used in Point-of-Sale.
Bodyshop departments: Enter the Bodyshop departments used in Point-of-Sale.
Paintshop departments: Enter the Paintshop departments used in Point-of-Sale.
Marketing Analysis File Export:
Country-code: The country code for the country where this dealership is located. Leaving this field empty will cause that the creation of the export files will not be done if the program is started from the agent.
Outlet-code: 8 digit outlet code for this point of sale company.
Language-code: Code for the language that is used in the country where this dealership is located.
Retailer type: Select the Retailer type from the table.
V - Independent
N - Daimler AG dealership
Long file format: Tick when the long file format has to be send.
Export non MB vehicles: Tick when non MB vehicles also have to be transmitted.
Transmit customer data: Customer names and addresses are not transmitted when this option is NOT checked.
POS Counter departments: The Point of Sale department codes that are used for counter departments.
Retailer analysis codes: The analysis codes that are used to identify that the customer is a retailer in the service network of Daimler AG.
Special check data: Enter 0 - 5.
Date for speedometer: Enter 0 - 5.
End of service contract: Enter 0 - 5.
User define dates on the vehicle record
The last three fields, Special check date, Date for speedometer and the Ens of service contract are not available in the standard vehicle records of Autoline. Therefore it ispossible to store this information in the User Defined Data fields (CVDATE) of the vehicle record. Enter in the parameters above the what sequence number is refering to what field, an '0' in case the data is not available.
