MBKS - Customer Export File:

• Sales costcenter letter: Specifies on what costcenter the selections for the selections for the current user should be.

• Prefix MBKS export: The location where the export file can be found.

• Extension MBKS export: The extension for this export file.

MBKS - Offer input File:

• Directory for MBKS: The default location where the import file can be found. This location is only used if MBKS is not installed on the PC.

• System name for EURO: The name Autoline uses for the EURO, this is for recalculating to the correct currency.

• Create unknown options: An option from MBKS, which is not in the Franchise data tables of Autoline, will be imported when this option is checked.

• MBKS Import type: This type should be on A for Asia, when the MBKS - Showroom interface is used.

• Valid Franchise letter for MBKS import: The import facility in VSB is only available for the franchises specified in this field. The single letter franchise code from the Franchise Data Company is required here.

Note: Before an export file from Autoline can be imported, the KDIP.ini file should be modified or created. This is the job of the consultant whom set the system up. If you have any problems with the import of data in MBKS, contact a Kerridge consultant.
