Setup MBKS

In order for the MBKS interface to functioncorrectly, you must set up the parameters within the MBKS software.

Currency Selection

To avoid rounding problems, the currency in the MBKS export file should be the same as the Nominal Ledger base currency. Change the setting Settings for Export Interface to the same currency as Autoline is using.

To set up the currency parameters:

1. From the MBKS main form, click the Setup menu.

2. Select the Options option.

3. Select the (9) Currency tab.

4. Set the Settings for Export (Davis-NGII/Autoline) interface parameter on the same currency as the Nominal Ledger in Autoline is set.

   These two currencies have to be the same to avoid rounding problems.

5. Clik OK to save the changes.
