What do you want to do?
The relating options to a specific vehicle are selected in the Generic option categories (Vehicle Ticksheet) for this vehicle during the update of the UVS-Out request. The program adds these options automatically in the Option categories file of Franchise Data in case of new options. You can display the Vehicle Ticksheet via CRM or VSB.
Note: Make sure that the concerning files exists for CRM and VSB (MK.ticks and VS.ticks files).
To open the Vehicle ticksheet form in CRM
Select from the Main menu the CRM menu, combined with concerned company.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select from the CRM menu the My desktop option.
The CRM form is displayed.
Click Vehicle in My Shortcuts on the CRM form.
The vehicle details are displayed in the CRM form.
Select Tick Sheet in the Vehicle menu.
The Vehicle Ticksheet from is displayed.
This option is used to select, which vehicle options apply to the selected vehicle in CRM. The option will have selected through vehicle specifications and will require MK.ticks file.
To open the Vehicle ticksheet form in VSB
Select from the Main menu the Vehicle stockbooks menu, combined with concerned company.
The Vehicle stockbooks menu is displayed.
Select from the Vehicle stockbooks menu the Vehicle administration option.
The Vehicle administration form is displayed.
Open the concerning New or Used stock vehicle.
Select Tick Sheet in the Vehicle menu.
The Vehicle Ticksheet from is displayed.
This option is used to select, which vehicle options apply to the selected vehicle in CRM. The option will have selected through vehicle specifications and will require VS.ticks file.
The selected information on the tick sheet for a specific vehicle is used by the Stock Search option in Showroom.
As soon as the files of the option categories are available and updated, you can start using the Stock search program.
To open Stock search in Showroom
Select from the Main menu the Showroom menu, combined with concerned company.
The Showroom menu is displayed.
Select from the Showroom menu the Quotations option.
The Showroom Customer Enquiries form is displayed.
Click Stock search (Stock number) in the Showroom Customer Enquiries form.
The Select A Vehicle From Stock form is displayed.
In the Includes list, you may click specific vehicle options to narrow down your search result. After adding your selection criteria, you can click Find. The vehicle options are checked against the ticked vehicle options on the tick sheet that is attached to a CRM or VSB vehicle.
