Maintaining Menupricing - Fixed Menu Prices

The Fixed menu-prices tab details any fixed price menu packages that are associated with the menu package and allows for the creation of new and maintenance of existing fixed price menu packages.

Note: Access to the Menu pricing maintenance functions is controlled by user priorities.

• Maintain fixed price line in menu package

• Save fixed price line to menu package

• Remove fixed price line from menu package

Menupricing Maintenance - Package Price Calculation Form

This form is displayed when you click Point of Sales > [Company] > Point of Sales > Service > New product ellipsis > Menus > Maintenance > Modify package option > Edit menupack toolbar button > Fixed Menu Price tab > Add button

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
Save package-price Exit CTRL+S		One of the following (1 or 2) will occur: Saves the changed record and adds or refreshes the labour line in the grid on the Fixed menu-prices tab of the Mercedes-Benz Menupricing form. If for a new record the price is adapted, the Add new fixed packageprice form is opened.
Exit without saving		Returns to the Mercedes-Benz Menupricing form.

Standard package calculation for this WIP:

Total labour gross: Displays the total labour value of the menu package.

Total labour Nett: Displays the Nett labour value of the menu package.

Total parts gross: Displays the total parts value of the menu package.

Total parts Nett: Displays the Nett parts value of the menu package.

Surcharge value: Displays the calculated marts surcharge value.

Environmental charge: Displays the calculated environmental charge for the selected menu package.

Total price exclusive: This field is during creation of the record automatically calculated and populated with total of the current menu package value. If required, type a different total price of the menu package excluding VAT.

on WIP exclusive: Select to calculate the fixed price with VAT excluded on the WIP.

VAT: Displays the total VAT value of the menu package.

Total price inclusive: This field is during creation of the record automatically calculated and populated with total of the current menu package value. If required, type a different total price of the menu package including VAT.

on WIP inclusive: Select to calculate the fixed price with VAT included on the WIP.

Add Fixed Price Line To Menu Package

1. Clicking the Add button displays the Package price calculation form

2. Complete the Package price calculation form

Maintain Fixed Prices To Menu Package In Menu Package

Right clicking a parts line in the Fixed menu-prices Tab displays a number of options

• Amend pricing
• New menu pricing
• Remove menu price
• Exit

1. Clicking the Amend detail-line option displays a pre-populated Package price calculation form.

2. Maintain the parts details accordingly.

Save Parts Line To Menu Package

1. Click the Save package-price Exit button to save the new fixed price line to the selected menu pricing package.

Remove Detail-line From Menu Package

Right clicking a parts line in the Menu-details Tab displays a number of options

• Amend pricing
• New menu pricing
• Remove menu price
• Exit

1. Clicking the Remove menu price option marks the selected fixed price line as requiring to be removed.

2. A fixed price removal warning message is displayed.

3. Selecting the Yes button removes the selected line from the menu package

Add New Fixed Packageprice Form

This form is displayed when you add a new fixed price to the main package.

Pricingcode: Type the fixed menu price code.

Description: Type the description of the fixed menu price.

Period of validity: Type the effective start date for the fixed menu price.

until: Type the effective end date for the fixed menu price.

Buttons:

OK: The new fixed price is stored for the main menu package.

Cancel: Cancels the creation of a new fixed price record.
