The Menupricing maintenance - Packages Included form is used to defined menu packages that are included within the original menu package. This means that additional parts and labour can be added automatically to the current menu.
Note: Access to the Menu pricing maintenance functions via Point of Sales is controlled by user priorities.

Current Package: Displays the selected main menu package code, description, and the current menu packages starting VIN range number plus end VIN range number.
Search filters for INCLUDED packages:
Note: To refine the list of available menu packages, search filter selection criteria can be entered here
Menunumbering: Type the complete menu code or the first digits of the menu code required.
Description: Type part of the menu description required.
Chassis-baumuster: Type (part of) the baumuster required.
Damagecode: Type (part of) the damage code required.
Type: Enter the type of the menu package required.
Menu-group: Type the menu group required.
Model-group: Type the sales code or the baumuster type (for IDIS format) required.
Grid
A list of the available menu packages is displayed containing:
Clicking the Add button on the Packages included tab starts the search for any packages that are valid for the selected vehicle.
The Select packages to INCLUDE into the current package form is displayed, with the list of available and valid vehicle packages listed.
Click into any of the data fields within the Search filter for INCLUDED packages area and enter the required fileter data.
Pressing the Tab keyboard button refresh's the list of available and valid packages according to the entered filter parameters.
Click on the package to be included into the current package.
Click the Select toolbar button to prepare the package for saving into the current package.
Repeat as necessary.
Having selected the packages you want to include clicking the Save button saves the selected packages to the current package.
