You can use this program to add new parts lines, delete parts lines or to maintain existing parts lines, on the Menu package. If you are maintaining an existing Menu package parts line, the form is pre-populated accordingly.
Note: Access to the Menu pricing maintenance functions via Point of Sales is controlled by user priorities.

Partnumber: Consist of two fields; enter the Franchise of the part (00 - stock file or MB - MB price file) and the Partnumber required.
Sequence: The menu package line sequence number is automatically populated. Description: Type a description of the part required. This description is used, if it is not available in the stock file or the price file of the part.
Required: Type the quantity required, the quantity 1.000 is defaulted.
Unitprice: Type the unit price of the part. This price is used, if it is not available in the stock file or the price file of the part.
Clicking the Add parts button displays the Menupricing maintenance - Partslines form
Complete the Menupricing maintenance - Partslines form
Right clicking a parts line in the Menu-details Tab displays a number of options
Clicking the Amend detail-line option displays a pre-populated Menupricing maintenance - parts lines form.
Maintain the parts details accordingly.
Click the Save package-price Exit button to save the new parts line to the selected menu pricing package.
Right clicking a parts line in the Menu-details Tab displays a number of options
Clicking the Remove detail-line option marks the selected line as requiring to be removed.
A line removal warning message is displayed.
Selecting the Yes button removes the selected line from the menu package
