Before you can use the ZDEPOSIT line to invoice back ordered parts on an earlier state, you need to set up a number of parameters.
What do you want to do?
Access Mercedes-Benz parameters via the Mercedes-Benz Utilities menu
To access the Mercedes-Benz parameters
Select from the Main menu the Manufacturer System option, combined with company MB.
The Mercedes-Benz Main Menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main Menu, the Menu - Utilities option.
The Mercedes-Benz Utilities menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes-Benz Utilities menu the Mercedes-Benz parameters option.
The Mercedes-Benz parameters configuration utility form is displayed.
You need to set up the Generic parts parameters for the Creation of ZDEPOSIT line.
Complete the Generic parts parameters
Select from the Project parameters area the Generic parts parameters, which are located in the Parts group.
Select the concerned company.
Click Amend.
Complete the Part code deposit (pre-pay) and Back order statuses fields of the Generic parts parameters on the Generic 1 tab and click Save.
