This option enables you to update the Asset Register in the light of information gathered by a physical audit of the company's assets. In particular it enables you to amend where necessary the Condition Code currently assigned to each Asset Record on the Register.
The option Enter audit details enables the results of an audit to be recorded on the Asset Register. Once a physical audit of the company's assets has been performed by the appropriate person, the details are then input with this option to the Register, updating it in preparation for the next audit.
To Enter audit details:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Asset register option and the company you require.
Select the Enter audit details option.
The Audit Selection Criteria form is displayed.
