This topic shows you how to use the Disposals option to sell assets from the Register.
The Disposals option produces the Disposals Daybook showing details of the sale. It updates the Register and can make the appropriate postings to the Nominal Ledger.
The Disposals option enables you to sell assets from the Asset Register. The Records of assets that you dispose of with this program remain on the Asset Register until the next run of the End of year process option. They will then will be deleted from the Register.
To access the Disposals option:
From the Autoline Master menu click on the Asset register option and the company you require.
The ASSET REGISTER menu is displayed.
Select the Disposals option.
The Disposal Details form is displayed.
