This topic describes the contents and structure of Asset Records, and shows you how to create, amend and display Records using the Add or modify assets option.
Every asset that a company possesses has an individual Asset Record on the Register. The menu option for creating and amending Asset Records is Add or modify assets and depending on your access priority, you may not be able to use the option for such editing purposes.
However, most users will be able to run Display assets to display on screen the current contents of any Asset Record on the register.
To Display Assets:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Asset register option and the company you require.
Select the Display Assets option.
The Asset Records form is displayed.
