File Keys and Dictionary Keys

Note: Users whose access permission priority is less than 9 are only able to see file details relating to the dictionary they are in.

To access file keys or dictionary keys:

1. From the Autoline master menu select the Customer contact management option

   The Customer Contact Management menu is displayed.

2. Select the Scripts option

   The Scripts menu is displayed.

3. Select the Dictionaries option

   The Data Dictionary Editor is displayed.

4. Select from the menu bar File > Open... and select a file from the Open dialog box

   The selected file's links are displayed in the grid.

5. Select from the menu bar Tools > File utilities

   The File Utilities form is displayed.

Alternatively, to access file keys or dictionary keys:

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above

   The Scripts menu is displayed.

2. Select the Utilities button

   A TAB menu is displayed.

3. Select the File utilities option

   The File Utilities form is displayed.

4. Select a Dictionary or File using the adjacent Ellipsis buttons

   The buttons on the menu bar become active.
