The diary form enables script writers to select a method of booking work into a workshop. It gives agents the required workshop loading functionality in a condensed format.
What do you want to do?
The options group enables the agent to select courtesy options and the Point of Sale company with which they want to book the work.
Note: If a courtesy option is unavailable but has been selected, all dates on the diary are highlighted in red (unavailable). Dates are restored after clearing the selection.
The date boxes are colour coded. The colours displayed depend on resource availability and the status of the booking. An explanation of the colour coding is available from the legend button.
Function and navigation buttons
There are function buttons on the form for script flow and predefined functions connected with the creation of the WIP. These should not be changed or removed.
There are definable buttons for additional functionality that are added during the script definition process.
