Outstanding Calls Form

This form is displayed when you select a line in the Select Caller grid on the CCM form's Manual Inbound tab and the selected record has outstanding calls. It enables access to the agent's outstanding call records.

Tip: The agent is identified by blue text beneath the window's title bar.

Call Status: This read-only line of text indicates one of:

GRID:

Call: Identifies the call record

Script: The script associated with the call

Regarding: The call's subject, for example No valid contact or Company vehicle links

Status: Indicates whether the call is pending, callback, recycled, or to try later

Date: When the call record was created

Time: When the call record was created

Notes: Text associated with the call

Selecting a line in the grid displays the View Call form.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Use Call: Initiates the call and starts its associated script

Note: Use Call is enabled only when a line in the grid is selected.
