The Copy vehicle specification form is displayed, when the Copy options between model option is selected from the program from the DD BUILD SPECIFICATIONS menu.
As the working specification is the only one that can be edited then this routine is necessary if the previous, current or next specifications require amendment. Also once a working specification has been created or amended then it needs to be instated or re-instated as the previous, current or next generation.
Source details
In the Source details section at the top of the form, select the Source franchise and Source model that you want to copy the options from, using the drop down menu facilities.
Price generations to copy
Select a Price generation to copy, by clicking on the appropriate check box or check boxes.

You can select one, or a combination of:
Previous prices
Current prices
Next prices
Working prices
Click on the drop down menu facility to view all the available franchises.
Click on a franchise and then click on the left and right arrow buttons and the Select all and Clear all buttons to place model variants in the Selected models list.
Continue with this procedure until your list of Selected models is complete.
Click on the drop down menu facility to view all the available options.
Click on a type of option from the list and then click on the left and right arrow buttons and the Select all and Clear all buttons to place options in the Selected options list.
Continue with this procedure until your list of Selected options is complete.
BUTTONS
Process: Begins to copy the options between models.
Cancel: Returns you to the DD BUILD SPECIFICATIONS menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
