A popular feature of the Kerridge software is the Administrator.
This function groups the following together in one place:
Electronic mail
Company phone book
Diary functions
The ability to use the administrator without leaving the screen workplace is one which saves valuable time during the day.
To access the Administrator:
From the Rev. 8 Master menu, select the Daily rentals option and the company you require.
The DAILY RENTALS menu is displayed.
Select the Reservation option.
The Reservations and Availability form is displayed.
If you are normally given access to the Administrator through the permissions function, you will be able to click on the Administrator button on the bottom right of the screen.
The Administrator for Kerridge Documentation form is displayed.
This on-line help does not cover the use of the Kerridge Administrator although most of the features and options found there are quite easily understood and user friendly.
