Delete Quotation

This form is displayed when the icon is selected in the Rental Quotation form. This option is used to delete an existing quotation.

To delete a quotation:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.

   The VEHICLE RENTALS Menu is displayed.

2. Select the Reservations option.

   The Reservations and Availability form is displayed.

3. Select the icon.

   The Create Quotation form is displayed.

4. Select the icon. The Agreement Search form that enables an existing quotation to be located and opened by entering one or more of the selection criteria fields.

5. Select the icon.

Delete Quotation form

This form is divided into three parts that are as follows:

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.

Delete Quotation Dialogue Box

The Delete Quotation dialogue box contains the following field:

• Lost Business code: Prompts for entry of the appropriate lost business code. This code allows reporting on the reasons for lost business. Lost Business Codes are set up using the Lost Business Codes table within Miscellaneous Options.

COMMAND BUTTONS:

Delete: Deletes the quotation.

Cancel: Returns to the Rental Quotation form without deleting the quotation.

Help: Provides online access to context sensitive help for the current application using the default browser.
