Comments History

This form works in conjunction with the Agreement Comments form. Comments specific to the currently selected agreement may be added within the Agreement Comments form and saved. Any number of comments may be added and each comment is audited with regard to which user adds the comment in addition to the date and time the comment is added. All of the audited comments may then be viewed via the Comments History form.

Note: Both the Agreement Comments and Comments History forms relate to the audited comments function. There is an alternative (and completely distinct) Comments area at the bottom of the General Tab that is used for more static comments. Either set of comments may be accessed for printing on formats such as the printed agreement.

To access Comments History:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.

The VEHICLE RENTALS Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reservations option.

The Reservations and Availability form is displayed.

  3. Select the Comments History option from the Agreement menu.

The Comments History form is displayed.
