SCHEDULE ITEM DETAILS

Overview

This screen is accessed via Maintenance Control / Service Schedules / Vehicle Schedules / Individual Vehicle and selection of one of the Create, Edit or Delete options from the sub-menu (accessed via a single-left-click on the Service Schedule Item Grid).

Displays the Schedule Item Details form which enables the creation, amendment or deletion of any service schedule item depending upon which sub-menu option is selected.

Warning: Any Create, Amend or Delete operation potentially causes the schedule to deviate from the standard schedule defined within the template. This makes it impossible to regenerate or predict the schedule with 100 % accuracy. The vehicle record therefore, has the Schedule Flag set to E to denote that it has been edited.

The screen is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Schedule Item Details Dialogue Box and the row of Command Buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

This becomes the Schedule Item Reeason.
