This form is accessed via Vehicle Administration / Service Schedules / Vehicle Schedule and selection of the Review option from the sub-menu (accessed via a single-right-click on the Service Schedule Item Grid).
Displays the Review Schedule Item Details form which enables the review of any service schedule item in detail.
The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Review Schedule Item Details Dialogue Box and the Command Button at the bottom of the form.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

Note: These fields cannot be edited in review mode.
A single-left-click of the ellipsis button to the right of this field displays a Reasons For Repair List Box that enables selection from existing Reason For Repair service item codes. This becomes the Schedule Item Reason. Having selected the required code by highlighting with the mouse, the OK command button is used to confirm this selection and return to the Vehicle Schedule form.
The odometer interval for when the occurrence of this schedule repair item is due.
The date calculated from the odometer interval for when the occurrence of this schedule repair item is due.
The date calculated from the registration date for when the occurrence of this schedule repair item is due.
The date (period of grace) before an item is scheduled that an approval may be created linked to the schedule item; the maximum value permitted is 255. For example, an Inspection schedule item may be created for a specific date; if the inspection is carried out too early there may be serious consequences both legally and for the vehicle itself. This date is generated from the Valid Days Before field held within the Service Schedule Template Header.

Note: If the scheduled item is not carried out within this specified period of days then it is flagged as Missed. This date is generated from the Valid Days After field held within the Service Schedule Template Header
The repairer selected within the approval for carrying out this service schedule item.
The reference given by the repairer selected within the approval for carrying out this service schedule item.
The repair date entered within the approval for carrying out this service schedule item.
The userid of the user who generated the approval associated with this service schedule item.
The actual odometer reading entered at the time of processing the approval (as apposed to the odometer reading generated for this service schedule item).
A Y/N field. A Y denotes that a certificate is required for this service schedule item e.g. MOT, Inspection Schedule, etc.
This is defined within Schedule Template Items Maintenance.
If a certificate is required then the certificate number may be held within this field.
The odomoter reading on the certificate.
The start date for the period for which the certificate is valid.
The start date for the period for which the certificate is valid.
The current status of the selected schedule item e.g. No Action, Linked, etc.
The following completion priority codes are currently available for denoting the urgency of the service schedule item:
- Urgent
- Essential
- Routine
- None
Free format notes associated with the scheduled item events.
