The Import FM Contracts form is accessed via Contract Administration / Miscellaneous Options / Import FM Contracts and enables Fleet Management contracts to be imported from/exported to an external source.
Warning: It is strongly recommended that a backup is taken before running this option.
This form is split into five parts that are as follows:

The content of the Import FM Contracts menu bar is as follows:
Exit
Exits to the Miscellaneous Options menu.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.
The content of the Import FM Contracts toolbar is as follows:
Exits to the Miscellaneous Options menu.
Clears the form of any existing directory data for input of new selection criteria.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.
The Import FM Contracts Dialogue Box contains the following fields:
A radio button containing the following two mutually exclusive options:
- Printer
Directs the import data to the currently selected printer.
- File
Directs the import/export data to a file, the directory path and filename for which are defined below.
The full directory pathname for the FM Contract file to be imported.
The name of the FM Contract file to be imported.
The full directory pathname for the FM Contract file to be exported.
The name of the FM Contract file to be exported.
Only one command button is available for use within this form.
Selection of this button proceeds with the appropriate import/export option.
