Rebuild Credit Information

Overview

This option is typically run within Timed Operations and is used to update the Current credit used and outstanding credit Balance fields held within the the Lease Type Credit Limits used within the Contract Admin 2 Tab of the customer address group and used as part of the Credit Information process.

To access Rebuild Credit Information:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Contract Administration option and Company required.

    The Contract Administration Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Miscellaneous Options option.

    The Miscellaneous Options Menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Rebuild Credit Information option

    The Rebuild Credit Information form is displayed.

This form is divided into four parts that are as follows:

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.


Menubar and Toolbar

File > Exit Exit Exits the form and returns to the menu.
Help > Help Provides online access to context sensitive help for the current application using the default browser.
