The Delivery & Collection Tab is the third tab on the purchasing form function and is provided to allow storage of delivery and collection address details. There is space for a delivery address, which may be edited (and also driver details are shown) and collection details.
Tip: The standard order print includes the editable address shown on this form.
To access the Delivery & Collection Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the Contract Management option.
The Contract Management form is displayed.
Select the icon.
The Contract Search form is displayed.
Enter the appropriate information to locate the required agreement.
Select the icon.
Select the
shortcut from the menu on the left of the form.
Select the Delivery & Collection Tab.
The Delivery Tab Dialogue Box contains the following fields:
Delivery Details
Customer: Displays the full CRM company name.
Driver Name: The driver's full name and address details are held within the CRM system. This field contains the driver's full name.
Driver email: Contains the driver's email address (if applicable).
Driver phone 1: Primary phone number for driver.
Driver phone 2: Secondary phone number for driver.
Home: Contains the home telephone number of the driver.
Work: The driver's work telephone number.
Mobile: Contains the driver's mobile number (if applicable).
Address: Displays the full CRM company address. There are five lines of address information. This address may be edited for delivery purposes.
Postcode: The Postcode for the delivery address.
Delivery Date: The scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Between/and: Enables entry of an estimated time period for delivery.
Odo Start: The odometer reading of the vehicle prior to commencement of delivery.
Odo End: The odometer reading of the vehicle following delivery.
Collection Details
Contact: A ontact name at the company requiring collection of the vehicle.
Company: The full CRM company name of the company requiring collection of the vehicle.
Phone 1: Primary phone number for collection.
Phone 2: Secondary phone number for collection.
Phone 1: Additional phone number for collection.
Phone 1: Additional phone number for collection.
Address: Displays the full CRM company address for collection. There are five lines of address information. This address may be edited for collection purposes.
