IPEND DETAILS

Overview

Accessed via Contract Review, selection of the Pending Tab and a single-left-click on the required record row within the grid.

The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Ipend Details Dialogue Box and the Command Button to the right of the form.

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

Ipend Details Dialogue Box

The Ipend Details Dialogue Box contains the following data fields:

• Description

• Account

• Invoice Type

• Invoice No

• Debit Cost Centre

• Credit Cost Centre

• Value

• Consolidation Ref

• Customer Cost Centre

• Start Period

• Analysis Code

• Document Reference

The archived document number. If the item is an invoice then the document may be viewed by selecting the icon immediately to the right of this field. The icon is only visible if the document reference field is not blank.

• Debit Expense

• VAT Value

• CPC Flag

• Date CPC Extracted
