MAINTENANCE COST DATA REVIEW (VEHICLE TAB)

Overview

Selection of the Maintenance Costs option from the Review Menu within Maintenance Control or the icon from the Toolbar opens the Maintenance Cost Data Review form. This form contains all of the maintenance cost data and service profiles imported via the Upload Maintbook Data option within Miscellaneous Options. The Vehicle Tab is the default tab when the form is opened.

Maintenance Cost Data Review (Vehicle Tab)

Upon entry to the tab, the following fields are displayed for review purposes only:

• Variant

Displays the David Henley variant code e.g. CI001730.

• CAP Code

Displays the CAP variant code e.g. CIC517LX65EPIM.

• Fleetnet Code

Displays the Fleetnet Code (if Fleetnet codes are applicable to the system). The Maintbook data upload works via either a CAP Cross-reference or Fleetnet Cross-reference code.

• URN

The Unique Reference Number from Maintbook that can be cross-referenced with the David Henley and Fleetnet codes.

• Make

Displays the vehicle franchise code (e.g. CITROEN) imported from the Maintbook third party data source.

• Model

Displays the vehicle model code imported from the Maintbook third party data source e.g. C5

• Variant

Displays the vehicle variant code imported from the Maintbook third party data source e.g. LX

• Variant Spec

• Bodystyle

The vehicle bodystyle e.g. EST (Estate).

• Doors

The number of doors the on the vehicle.

• Seats

The number of seats in the vehicle.

• Model Status

• Length

• Engine Litres

The engine size in litres e.g. 1.80

• Engine Capacity CC

The engine cubic capacity size e.g. 1749

• Engine Cylinders

The number of engine cylinders e.g. 4

• Engine Type

The engine type code e.g. inj (Fuel Injection)

• Transmission

The transmission type and number of gears e.g. manual5

• Drivetrain

A code denoting whether the vehicle is front, rear or four wheel drive, etc e.g. fwd (front wheel drive)

• Passenger Car/Comml

This field displays the default vehicle types from the current available options:

• P Private Light Goods
• C Commercial

• GVW

The Gross Vehicle Weight.

• Gross Towing Mass

The maximum towing weight of the vehicle.
