MAINTENANCE COST DATA REVIEW (WARRANTY TAB)

Overview

Selection of the Maintenance Costs option from the Review Menu within Maintenance Control or the icon from the Toolbar opens the Maintenance Cost Data Review form. This form contains all of the maintenance cost data and service profiles imported via the Upload Maintbook Data option within Miscellaneous Options. The Warranty Tab should then be selected to review the warranty details for the selected vehicle.

Maintenance Cost Data Review (Warranty Tab)

Upon entry to the tab, the following fields are displayed for review purposes only:

• Term

The valid warranty period (in months).

• Mileage

The valid warranty period (in miles).

• Breakdown Period

The period for which breakdown cover is provided (in months)

• Breakdown Supplier

The name of the default breakdown supplier e.g. Green Glag.

• Euro Cover Inclusive

A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that European cover is included within the breakdown service.

• Relief Vehicle

A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that a relief vehicle is included within the breakdown service.

• Period of Relief Vehicle

Denotes (in days) the period for which a relief vehicle is allowed.
