MISCELLANEOUS FLEET DETAILS (FUEL CARD TAB)

Overview

Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of Miscellaneous Fleet Details from the Tools Menu. The Fuel Tab may then be accessed.

Tip: This is linked to the Fuel Card Tab within Usage Management.

The Fuel Card Tab contains the following fields:

• Fuel Card Number

The provider's unique fuel card number. Selection of the button displays a Fuel Card List that contains existing fuel cards on the system.

Icons:

Displays the Replacement Fuel Card Details form which allows a Fuel Card Stop Date to be entered for the current card and a

Displays the Replacement Fuel Card Details form which allows a Fuel Card Start Date to be entered for the replacement card.

Enables a new fuel card record to be created.

Deletes the currently selected fuel card record.

• Driver's Magic Number

The unique CRM customer record number for the driver record. Selection of the button displays the CRM Customer Record enabling the review or selection of the customer details.

• Fuel Card Account No.

The fuel card provider's account code for the driver/leasing company.

• Fuel Card Provider

The Purchase Ledger account code for the fuel card supplier. Selection of the button displays the Supplier Accounts form from which the appropriate account may be selected.

• Requested Date

The date on which the fuel card was requested by the driver (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Reason For Order

A free format field for entering a reason for requesting the fuel card.

• Ordered Date

The date on which the fuel card was ordered from the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Request Acknowledged Date

The date on which the fuel card request was acknowledged by the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Received Date

The date on which the fuel card was received from the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Fuel Card Number

The provider's unique fuel card number.

• Expiry Date

The expiry date of the fuel card.

• Despatched Date

The date on which the fuel card was despatched by the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Driver Received Date

The date on which the fuel card was received by the driver (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Start Date

The date on which the driver starts using the card (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Stop Date

The date on which the driver stops using the card (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Cancellation Request Date

The date on which a card cancellation request was made to the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).

• FC Hot Listed

• Fuel Card Destroyed

The date on which the card was destroyed (for memo/tracking purposes).

• Fuel Card Amendments Ref No

• General Comments

Free format lines for general comments relating to the fuel card.
