The Post Details General Options form is accessed via Fleet System Management / Miscellaneous Options / Posting Controls / Posting Tables Setup and selection of Options from the Edit menu. This option enables the creation/editing of a posting controls table for the Lease Type/Product.
This form is split into four parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The content of the Post Details General Options menu bar is as follows:
Save
Saves data amendments within the posting table.
Exit
Exits to the Posting Tables Setup form. If data has been amended then the system prompts Posting Details have been modified. Exit without save? The Yes or No command button should be selected as appropriate.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

Displays a series of five tabs for entering posting details. The five tabs are as follows:
Contains details relating to overheads and a field enabling integration with Quotations tables.
The Additional Costs Tab is a table which is used to locate any additional costs that may be included within the lease type/product with a view to allocating the appropriate posting controls.
The Motor Club Tab is a table which is used to locate any motor club costs that may be included within the lease type/product with a view to allocating the appropriate posting controls.
The Insurance Tab is a table which is used to locate any insurance costs that may be included within the lease type/product with a view to allocating the appropriate posting controls.
The RFL Tab is a table which is used to locate any Road Fund License costs that may be included within the lease type/product with a view to allocating the appropriate posting controls.
