Selection of Edit Rental from the Tools Menu Bar option presents an Edit Regular Rental box which enables the quoted regular rental to be edited for the current quotation.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The regular rental value that is displayed here is the result of data input selection within the primary Quotations form in addition to a number of system default calculations. This calculation can be overridden within this form.
The Command Buttons in the Edit Rental form function are as follows:
On display of the Edit Regular Rental box, the existing regular rental value is highlighted and can be immediately overridden by entering a new value. This button saves an amendment and returns the new rental value to the primary Quotations form. In order to accommodate the increase/decrease in the regular rental, the margin, profit and initial rental are now recalculated.
Returns to the primary Quotations form without saving any changes.
