The Product Review form is accessed in a number of ways:

to the right of the Product field within the primary Quotations form.

the Products Tab within Ratesbooks.This form displays the Product Options and their respective default Cover Types for the selected Product Type (set up within Miscellaneous Options / Product Management / Product Details). For each product option all available cover types are displayed in a sub-form and the required selections are made for the quotation.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The Product Review menu bar displays the following options:
Selection of the File menu will prompt with two alternative options:
- Cancel
Returns to the previous form without saving amendments to the cover types selected for a Product element.
- Exit
Returns to the previous form saving all amendments to the product types. The various cover types have different applicable rates and the product quote budgets change to reflect this.
- Notes
Selection of this option displays a pop-up form with the title Product Notes For xxxx (where "xxxx" is the selected product type). The notes are for display purposes only and the OK command button, being the only option available, effects a return to the Product Review form.
- Deposit Refundable
This option may be toggled "On" or "Off". A single-left-click of the mouse places a
icon against the menu option which enables the ????. A second single-left-click of the mouse removes the

Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form
The Product Review Dialogue Box is split into two.
The left-hand form consists of two columns: the first column displays the default Product Options (a fixed list of thirty options is currently available) relevant to the selected Product Type; the second column displays the default Cover Type description.
The right-hand form displays all of the available Cover Types for each Product Option (relief vehicle cover types, for example, being set-up using the Mechanical and Additional Tabs in Miscellaneous Options/ Product Management/ Relief Vehicle Setup).
A single-mouse-click on the required Product Option highlights the selected Product Type and Cover Type description with a red banner and displays the available Cover Types available for that particular Product Option only. Clicking on the required Cover Type in the right-hand form display changes the default type to the chosen selection.
The default Product Option and Cover Type description are displayed in black text. If any of the defaults are edited then the text changes to blue as notification that a change has been made.
Subsequent to any changes being made to the product, on exiting the Product Review
form a coloured text message displays a Product Amended message
immediately to the right of the
icon in the primary
Quotations field.
