The Log file and cost changes form is displayed when the Log of life and cost changes option is selected from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
The Log file and Cost Changes form displays the Log of life and cost changes, sorted by asset label number Sequence number. This form allows you to Sort, Create and Delete files.
The Log of Life and cost changes form displays the following fields:
Asset label number
Sequence number
Note: You can access the Create and Delete buttons by clicking on the Column button.
Tip: You can view the form in Grid or Column format, by clicking on the appropriate buttons on the form.
BUTTONS
Exit: Returns you to the SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
