System Controls Form

The System Controls form is displayed when the System Controls option is selected from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.

Warning: System controls should be treated with extreme caution, as incorrect amendments to them, could cause system corruption.

The System Controls form consists of the following fields:

Company identifier: The point of sale company number.

General Tab

The General tab consists of the following fields:

• Date of last depreciation run

• Period of last depreciation run

• Year of last depreciation run

BUTTONS

Cancel: Returns you to the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.

Save: Saves changes made to the System controls.
