The locations file form is displayed when the Create/amend locations file option is selected from the System Maintenance menu, and this shows where assets are stored or based.
The Locations file form consists of the following fields:
Name of location: This field displays the location.
Description: The description field indicates a description of the location.
BUTTONS
Exit: Returns you to the System Maintenance menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
Tip: Click on the Grid button, to view the form in Grid format.
Create:To create a new location.
Delete:To delete an existing location.
