To access the agreement stationery format:
From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.
The VEHICLE RENTALS menu is displayed.
Select System maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the Agreement stationery format option.
The Agreements form is displayed.
The agreement stationery format form is displayed when the Agreement Stationery format option is selected from the System Maintenance menu.
The format stationery option is displayed, and the Agreements form is automatically loaded. Editing of the stationery format is done using the normal features of format Stationery.
Warning: If any changes are made to the stationery format it must be ensured that the change is loaded into the system overlay by taking the option Generate formate Overlay from the System Maintenance Menu.
