Selection of the System Maintenance module from the Maintenance Control Main Menu presents the System Maintenance Menu. The options found within this menu are quite varied. Some items only require attention during system set-up whilst others are used periodically to maintain the integrity of the data files.
This is a high priority menu and most users do not have access to it. Some options are only used by (or under the guidance of) ADP personnel.
The most important items on the menu are the system parameters and the system controls. These options are covered even though the system controls form is a priority 9 option only. It is important to be aware of what parameters are being used to initiate particular functions within the Vehicle Rental module.
