Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Vehicle Rentals module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Vehicle Rentals:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.

   The VEHICLE RENTALS menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
