Using the Company Phone Book

The Company Phone Book form enables you to search for and view details of other system users.

Note: The entries in the phone book are the details kept in the Personal details form.

Company Phone Book Form

This form is displayed when you click the Phone book... button on the Administrator Diary tab.

Enter user: Text field for typing in the user ID or name of a user whose details you want to look up using the Search button

User Information:

Login: User's ID (login name)

Name: User's name

Location: A code representing the user's normal place of work, if applicable

Extension: User's internal telephone extension number

Mobile: User's mobile phone number

Home: User's home or alternative telephone number

Vehicle: User's vehicle registration

Job title: Title of user's position in the company structure or the principal activity for which he or she is responsible

Department: A code representing the subdivision of the company that the user works in

Buttons:

Search: Displays a Select Item From List menu, with a selectable list of system users based on text you enter in the Enter user field
