Warning: This option is normally included within the Timed Operations process and must not be run during the course of the working day. This option updates the CRM vehicle file details with the number of days hired, not hired and unavailable, together with the sales of the various different charges and operating expenses.
To update vehicle statistics:
From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.
The VEHICLE RENTALS menu is displayed.
Select System maintenance option.
The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Update vehicle statistics option.
The Update Vehicle Rental Vehicle Statistics form is displayed.
Click the Execute button.
The system processes the Vehicle Rentals module system files and updates the statistics on the affected vehicles in the CRM system.
The Update Vehicle Rental Vehicle Statistic form is displayed when the Update vehicle statistics option is selected from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
COMMAND BUTTONS:
Exit: Returns to the System maintenance menu without performing a statistics update.
Execute: Processes the Vehicle Rentals module system files and updates the statistics for the affected vehicles in the Rental Stats Tab in the CRM rental vehicle record (MK.drveh). The values are posted to the Days Hired, Unavailable and Not Hired columns within the statistics grid against the relevant Current slot.
Help: Displays online context-sensitive help using the default browser.
