System Parameters (R & M Interface Tab)

Overview

The R & M Interface Tab is used to define general top-level system defaults for the Repair and Maintenance import function.

To access the System Parameters R & M Interface Tab:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Maintenance Control option and Company required.

    The Maintenance Control menu is displayed.

  2. Select the System Maintenance option.

    The System Maintenance menu is displayed.

  3. Select the System Parameters option.

  4. Select the R & M Interface Tab.

The following fields are displayed:

Check Chassis No.: A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that the system is to the Check Chassis number of imported vehicle against Chassis number held on Fleet vehicle.

Odometer Variance Tolerance (%): The variance percentage between the imported odometer reading and current reading allowed for import.

Tip: 100 denotes no check.

Maximum Approval Value: The maximum value allowed for a single approval.

Tip: 99999999.99 denotes no maximum set.

Check Discount Rate: A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that the system is to validate the discount rate against supplier details.

Check Labour Rate: A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that the system is to validate the labour rate against supplier details.

Number of Days to check back for duplicate item.: The number of days to check back for previous use of an imported reason code.

Distance to check Back for Duplicate Item: The distance to check back for previous use of an imported reason code.

RFL Recharge Default Reason Code: The RFL reason code to create in an approval for an RFL recharge.

Automatic Mail ID: A list of userids mailed with import details following an import.

Road Fund Licence RTS Codes: A list of RTS codes which are to be recognised and processed by the system as valid RFL codes.
