The POS Trans Tab is used to define general top-level system defaults for the Workshop Transfer process.
To access the System Parameters POS Trans Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Maintenance Control option and Company required.
The Maintenance Control menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the POS Trans Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Batch Code: The Batch code used for Workshop Transfer.
Priority: The priority required to edit values in the WIP batch.
Show POS Analysis Window: A checkbox which, if ticked, shows and forces entry of maintenance analysis codes in POS.
Sales Account: The Sales account used for Workshop transfer. The
button may be used to locate and select the required code.
Repairer: The Address group to use as the repairer in Workshop Transfer.
VAT Code: The VAT code used for Workshop transfer.
POS Demo Companies: The Point of Sale companies to exclude from the workshop transfer.
